1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lifeline Benefits website and its services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Role: Referral Service Disclaimer

Lifeline Benefits operates solely as a third-party informational and referral service.

A. Not a Carrier or Government Agency:

  • We are **not** a mobile service provider or telecommunications carrier. We do not provide, activate, or maintain the Lifeline or ACP service.
  • We are **not** affiliated with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or any state or federal government agency (e.g., SSA, VA).

B. Service Limitation:

Our service is limited to providing information on program eligibility and connecting eligible consumers with a licensed service provider who offers the subsidized service. All aspects of the service plan, device warranty, technical support, and billing are the sole responsibility of the chosen third-party provider.

3. User Obligations and Eligibility

A. Truthfulness and Accuracy:

You agree that all information you provide through our eligibility tools and contact forms, including contact details and eligibility status, is accurate, complete, and truthful. Knowingly submitting false or fraudulent information may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

B. One-Per-Household Rule:

You acknowledge and agree to the federal rule that the Lifeline and ACP benefits are non-transferable and limited to **one discount per eligible household**. By proceeding through our referral process, you certify that no one else in your household currently receives the same Lifeline or ACP benefit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Lifeline Benefits or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

A. “As Is” Basis:

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content will be accurate, error-free, or continuously available, although we strive to ensure high accuracy.

B. Service and Device Liability:

Lifeline Benefits is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or warranties of any third-party mobile service provider you are referred to. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality of the service, the condition or functionality of any provided device, or issues related to billing and termination. Any disputes regarding service must be addressed directly with the carrier.

6. Governing Law and Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
